Flex splits your monthly rent into two payments, providing a convenient solution to pay rent on time, manage cash flow effectively, and establish a positive credit history — offering more peace of mind each month.

With Flex, you have the flexibility to make an initial payment at the beginning of the month and pay the remainder later in the month, based on your preferred schedule. Rest assured, we guarantee that your rent will be paid in full and on time to your property management.

Flex requires a monthly membership fee of $14.99. Additionally, a payment processing fee is applied based on your chosen payment method; this fee is a small percentage of the monthly rent.

Flex services are provided as a monthly membership, granting access to a Flex line of credit account from Blue Ridge Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, at 0% APR. Membership automatically renews until canceled. To utilize Flex for the following month, members must make their initial payment and settle their Flex account balance completely each month. Payment history is reported to TransUnion, and any late or missed payments may impact credit reports. Please note that not all applications are approved.
